UAB „Mokesčių srautas“ started its‘ business in 1998. Our first services were targeted at accounting specialists, whom we provided with necessary forms, books on finance and accounting.  
In the year 2000 UAB „Mokesčių srautas“ issued a computer application „Forms“ which consisted of electronic forms and documents frequently used in companies. In the same year the first internet seminars (and so far the only ones in Lithuania) were organized.
In 2002 in cooperation with well known Lithuanian auditors, „Mokesčių srautas“ started organizing room seminars and consultancy on relevant aspects of accounting, taxes and labor relations.
Each year the flow of legal information necessary for accountant increases, therefore increases demand for high quality consulting, more and more people prefer to get all necessary information from one reliable source. Due to increase of loyal clients and demand for information, in the year 2003 “Mokesčių Srautas” launched “Accounting Art” product group – a magazine, an almanac, information system on the internet and a CD. The main purpose of these products is to provide clients with legal acts regulating accounting, taxes and labor relations, including their comments and forms, as well as consulting accountants on particular practical issues.
“Mokesčių Srautas” is a highly innovative company, seeking for constant improvement of its’ products and keeping up to date with modern technologies and responding to trends and increasing needs of financial world. Because of that in January 2008 it was decided to refuse the print version of “Accounting Art” magazine which no longer satisfied the needs of clients. The company kept an electronic version of “eAccounting Art” – an internet system which is updated several times per week and consists of database, internet magazine and electronic (PDF format) print version of updates of legal acts. Internet “Accounting Art” is a helpful tool, providing accountants with fast and up-to-date information in any place and time.
In the year 2004 “Mokesčių Srautas” decided to expand its’ services by offering  seminars for employees of other professions (managers, lawyers, administrators) and consulting them on such important issues as management, legal and labor relations and others.
In 2004, in cooperation with dr. Gintaras Černius, another product, a computer application “Accounting policy”, was launched. This application helps to quickly and easily prepare accounting policy methodologies of a company, financial liability forms and individual account plans.
In the year 2005 “Mokesčių Srautas” organized 145 seminars on important accounting, management and legal topics, 20 of which were on legal topics.
By the year 2007, amount of organized seminars has increased almost twice, reaching the number of 233 per year. Of which 170 seminars were public, 54 in-house and 9 were held abroad. During the first half of this year, “Mokesčių Srautas”, has already organized 168 seminars: 109 public, 54 in-house and 5 abroad. During this period of time over 10280 participants attended our seminars.
May 14th 2007 first courses of accounting and tax foundation were organized. These courses are intended to those who seek to acquire the basics knowledge on of accounting and taxes and wish to use it in practice.
October 1st 2007,  “Mokesčių Srautas” started organizing administration courses for those who wish to work as office administrators, but don’t have the essential knowledge and skills as well as for those who simply want to improve this knowledge and skills. During the course of 70 hours participants will acquire necessary knowledge and skills for successful administrating. Course program is constantly updated to reflect employer’s needs
